The weather outside is still grey. And damp.

...here is Harry. Look - he has done his hair specially for the camera. As Charlotte is currently following the same pattern (of complete and utter baldness until approaching two) as her three sisters before her, we may be borrowing this fetching accessory. They also come in pink - at all good Poundland shops.
